Satyendra Kumar is an independent Advisor and Consultant to several large and medium enterprises. He is currently the Chief Technical Advisor to the Confederation of Indian Industry – Institute of Quality for excellence in the area of Education, Manufacturing and Services.
Mr Kumar was the Global Head and Senior Vice President – Productivity & Quality, Technology Tools & Software Reuse at Infosys Limited where he served for thirteen years. During these years, he worked closely on large improvement and change programs for significant impacts in business process excellence, high operational and client impacts, integration of subsidiaries in different geographies and contribution towards high maturity performance.
Mr Kumar has consulted for over thirty national and multi-national clients on areas of Business Excellence, Operational Efficiency and Quality Management.
