Padma Satyamurthy is an enthusiastic IT professional, aspiring to create & implement meaningful process management frameworks which can enable project delivery excellence. She has 14+ years of experience in the IT Industry with expertise in Consulting, Project Management, People Management, Coaching, Mentoring & Training and Solution Design.

Padma is currently working with Honeywell Technologies Solution as Agile Transformation Leader and is involved in strategizing and implementing agile roadmap for HTS and help various business units within HTS to move toward being agile enabling the overall growth of HTS in its whole. Prior the HTS, Padma was Director at Xebia Group BV and completed an assignment at Philips Innovation Center. Padma has worked with Wipro, Satyam, Unisys and Target in the past.

Padma is a Certified SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), Certified Leading SAFe Agilist (SA) and Certified Scrum Master. She also had Management 3.0 certification that enables her for coaching senior executives in the organization.
