His expertize spans across multiple areas like Project Management, Service Management, LEAN, Six Sigma, BPM, CMMI, Metrics, Defect Prevention and Training. He has successfully executed consulting engagements in US, Europe, Africa and Asia Pacific and enabled customer to achieve set business goals. His consulting & advisory services required him to work closely with business leadership teams, managers, operation teams and 3rd party vendors.

Amit has been working with SunGard (now FIS) for the past 7 years and helped various Business Units to enable and improve their product quality, service quality and customer engagements.
