The "forgotten" stakeholder - Driving Pragmatic Enterprise Agility

Lean-Agile methods including Kanban, have primarily focussed on engagement between the Business and Delivery team. However, Enterprise Agility adoption needs across the organization buy-in. That can happen when all functions of the organizations are serviced. In some instances, organizations have continued with their Delivery Management layer to service these needs. However, in most cases, this is not real time and in many instances, an after-the-event update.

In this talk, we show how some of these stakeholders' needs can easily be supported by extending the Lean-Agile thinking to these adjacent functions.
