Session Title
Flow Frenzy - Managing Dependencies
Overview
This immersive simulation game challenges participants to coordinate across four departments—Marketing, Sales, Product Development, and Customer Support—each with distinct workflows and interdependent tasks. Players use dice rolls to simulate task completion and engage in multiple rounds with retrospectives, where they address bottlenecks, delays, and process improvements. Through realistic project complexities, participants learn key Kanban principles: managing dependencies, recognising workflow inefficiencies, and the risks of local optimisation. This game fosters systemic thinking, demonstrating how collaborative strategies and continuous improvement drive greater organisational value, making it ideal for teams looking to strengthen their collaborative and strategic skills.
