Udhaya Kumar

Udhay is a Senior Program Manager with extensive experience in the software industry, specializing in managing software projects, driving transformation, and promoting agile adoption. Currently, he has been a key member of the PMO team at MiQ for over two and a half years, where he has successfully managed large-scale programs, fostered innovation, and enhanced operational efficiency.

Before joining MiQ, Udhay spent over a decade at Ford Motor Company in Chennai, where he developed his skills in software development, project management, and agile transformation, along with a strong emphasis on cross-functional collaboration. His background positions him as a leader in driving successful software initiatives and enhancing team performance.

With over a decade of experience in Analytics,Samgnya has led Data Science and AI teams across both startups and established organizations. Having worked from the ground up as a full-stack analytics developer to senior management, Samgnya possesses a deep understanding of the unique challenges faced by companies at different stages of their analytics maturity. Recognizing the critical need for robust processes in organizations where analytics often sits lower on the maturity curve, Samgnya has been dedicated to driving transformation in this space.

During her 2.5 years at MiQ Samgnya has skillfully experimented with and tailored operational frameworks for Data and Analytics teams, ensuring they scale effectively. Samgnya is passionate about helping teams grow, evolve, and unlock their full potential in today’s data-driven landscape.
