At CGI, a global leader in consulting, technology, and outsourcing services, I evaluate and consult teams and portfolios on adopting agile methodologies and digitizing solutions for our customers.

I have a proven track record of leading and mentoring agile teams, facilitating organizational culture change, and implementing agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.
