Startups thrive on business agility for a variety of reasons. They have leaner organisational structures, have higher risk taking abilities, are efficient by doing more with less etc. However, startups also grapple with challenges due to limited resources (human capital, budgets, and time) and the inherent uncertainty associated with delivering products of value. However, there are frameworks, strategies around product, tech, ways of working, prioritisation techniques, open cultural practices, lean practices, streamlined processes, feedback loops and productivity tools that empower startups to navigate chaos and overcome challenges, all while consistently delivering exceptional customer experiences.
