Jharana is a transformative engineering leader and agile expert with over 25 years of global software development expertise. In her current role at Infinera she is leading the Agile transformation for all of global R and D engineering teams. Prior to joining Infinera she was at Cisco where she designed and led Agile transformation program for the Optical Systems engineering group at Cisco with proven outcomes in terms of customer delight and engineering excellence.

She is a Certified Scrum at Scale Practitioner, Certified Scrum Professional, Certified Scrum Product Owner, Certified Scrum Master and Certified Kanban Management Professional.

Outside of work she loves photography, reading and traveling with her husband, two daughters and her dog.
