KanbanIndia.org is celebrating the 10th year anniversary in 2024 edition

At this milestone occasion, Kanban India and Agile Network India community invites successful organizational transformation case studies from individuals and organisations.

The case study submissions could be in the area of implementation of the Kanban Method or topics that Lean/Kanban practitioners would benefit from. For example, if you are a Scrum practitioner but have used some Lean principles as part of your Continuous Improvement journey, that would be well suited for this conference.

The case studies will be reviewed and selected ones will be mentored and included in Kanban India 2024 conference’s final program. The case study submission, review and mentoring will be happening online, and open for Agile Network India community event’s members and host organizations to take part in it.

• Submit your transformation story
• All the case studies will be assessed as per the ‘review process’ defined by the organising team
• Only a limited number of case studies will be selected and mentored by the expert professionals from the review team and included in final program schedule
• The selected individuals will get a complimentary pass to Kanban India 2024 conference and get the opportunity to present the case in the conference
• The logo of company will be displayed at conference website for selected organisational case study
• The complimentary pass is accessible to the primary presenter, co-presenters are required to register as participants
