Alok heads the Process Consulting Practice at Infosys, partnering with clients in their digital journey, helping them transform to new ways of working – driven by Lean, Agile, DevSecOps, SRE and shift to customer centric Product & Platform led operating models. His 30 years of experience spans across Consulting and Enterprise Quality Management, with last 20 years at Infosys. He has consulted clients globally as well as driven large change initiatives at Infosys such as Agile & DevOps transformation, Product Centric Value Delivery and Digital Operating Model for AI-first Enterprise. His current area of focus is AI in Ways of Working.

Alok holds a B.Tech and a Masters degree from IIT-Mumbai, India and completed his Executive Education from Stanford University, US. He is a fitness enthusiast and practices Yoga. Alok currently resides in Bangalore, India.
