The course, built upon multiple discovery sessions with Scrum practitioners, is designed to inform and educate individuals on how to improve their Scrum implementation with a greater understanding of what flow is, how to investigate it, and how to identify and initially start resolving problems using practices and tools from the Kanban Method.
