Session Title
Asynchronous collaboration - running high performing, distributed software delivery teams & establishing line of sight from engineering excellence to business outcomes
Overview
Remote work is here to stay. In fact in a few years there won’t be a distinction called remote work. It'll just be "work". However, the way many teams practise remote work is by modelling the office in the cloud. The same synchronous practices and behaviours of the office persist in the remote world, enabled by tools like Zoom and Slack. This, despite the fact that we have a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to reimagine the way we work, from the ground up.
There's a better way to work - by going mostly asynchronous.
