Evolve gradually, Improve dramatically
Overview
Welcome to the 21st century, interconnected, real-time world, where no one can survive unless responding to customer demands at the right time. Each organisation needs a unique solution, however, most of them just want a quick win by buying an off-the-shelf solution, while it costs them a lot and doesn’t give them the result that they are looking for.
In this case study, I explain how to use the Story Point Distribution chart as the starting point to introduce the WIP limit to Scrum teams in a large enterprise and how Kanban was introduced to a Government Agency based on actual data and facts to design a right solution which is embraced by teams and accepted by managers and improved their business agility with no extra cost.
