Visualize for Change
Overview
Consultants, coaches, and change agents often are trying to convince stakeholders of the need for change and obtain buy-in for actions. Often they face pushback, lack of buy-in and end up disillusioned. More importantly, Business Agility is impacted if changes do not get initiated in a timely manner.
In this session, we build on the Kanban principle for visualization and add techniques for building a persuasive case for change and obtaining stakeholder commitment.
