Crafting Precious Jewellery with Kanban

This case study presents the interesting implementation of Kanban for the Marketing team of one of the largest retailers of Diamond Jewellery. The journey involved building awareness on the methodology with training, piloting with smaller increments and using tools and automation to achieve process efficiency.

This study also presents the way principles of Kanban are applied in creative development to achieve goals as well as addressing challenges of Prioritization, Visualization and Transparency. Samples of workflow optimizations and customized boards and dashboards to enable creative framework is included in this presentation. With this case study the key takeaway is to understand that Kanban can be applied to the creative world to achieve faster time to market and predictability.
