Session Title
Line of sight from engineering excellence to business outcomes
Overview
Enterprise success today is largely dependent on success of large Digital Transformation programs. These large programs often suffer due to divisional silos and unclear and unaligned line of sight from business outcomes to engineering success.
A tool-assisted framework helps ensure large programs succeed using engineering fitness metrics of quality and productivity that make sense for remote / distributed software delivery teams. Organisations can benefit from explainable diagnostics, actionable advice and remediation as needed.
Key Takeaway from the session:
* How to establish a line of sight between engineering outcomes and business outcomes
* How to identify right business outcome measures for your distributed software delivery teams
* Applying your industry/domain context to metrics to set meaningful targets
* Building Metrics dashboards that are place to hold conversations and not prescriptions
