OKRs and Kanban - Structuring, Executing and Learning
Overview
Organizations increasingly use OKRs for business alignment. A common mode of adoption for OKRs is to use a dedicated tool; however, most OKR tools deal only with a universe of work that aligns with the defined OKRs. This is true of several methods to set up multi-level OKRs in card based systems as well.
How do teams using Kanban boards for execution effectively integrate the information needed for OKRs with the full set of work that they perform? How do we know that enough experiments are being performed?
This session looks at how Kanban boards can be structured to align with the OKR method, while at the same time providing management insights into the work and experiments being performed by teams.
