Srividya has 30 years of experience in IT industry worked across various roles and responsibilities. Her specialties include Global delivery, Client Engagement, Customer Centricity initiatives, Large Programme management , Business Excellence, Enterprise Quality (CMMI, ISO) , Corporate wide initiatives management, Process Automation, process consultancy, Risk Management and also leading Delivery excellence CoEs eg. Project management & Service management Practice and Agile/ Devops CoE .

Currently leading CGI Asia Pacific SBU Engagement Assessment Services & Quality with Full accountability and responsibility at the operational level to apply appropriate risk management practices and oversight engagement health there by reducing challenging engagements.

As additional responsibility she also leads global Estimation CoEs and PM/SDM Practice. As a responsible citizen she provides guidance and leadership to support communities where we live and work as executive sponsor for CSR for CGI Asia Pacific
