He has trained over 2,700 participants over 7 countries in Lean, Agile Concepts and Driving Change.
Currently leading overall Agile Transformation Strategy and Implementation of Quality Management for Siemens Technology R&D Centers across India and China with 4,500+ members across 9 locations, he has played similar leadership roles in HP, Target, and HSBC.

This story is about The Survivability Agenda, using Kanban Values and Principles on a Large-Scale Multi-location PMO during the worst human crisis ever, and how it was handled with grit, determination, and focus.
While everyone was skeptical of continued existence due to remote access, old norms, lack of touchpoints and other unknowns, the coach community effectively led many new topics, delivering tangible results.
Our focused approach and effective Program Management using Kanban enabled us to scale with available resources, delivering maximum results, making us ready to expand both in footprint and scale of engagements.
