Bio

Strategic advisor and program manager for Epsilon’s executive leadership team, Rebecca is passionate about simplifying organizational structures to translate strategy to business outcomes. She has expertise in workflow management using ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, JIRA.

She is a Kanban Management Professional and Design thinking enthusiast.

After a decade with Wipro in software development and project management for large technology clients, Rebecca spent about 8 years, as a management consultant, setting up quality management systems and supporting their maturity journeys (CMMI, ISO 9001), for captives in India.

She joined Epsilon’s Technology Practice in 2016 to set up their Delivery Excellence function. She now leads transformation programs for Epsilon globally across delivery centers in US and India.
