His key interventions are to advise leadership, executives, projects, teams, and individuals to be Agile, and become Lean. In his view - the best part of my job is: I teach Values, Principles, and Practices to people to become successful leaders at the workplace.
He was recently awarded as a ‘Kanban Fellow’ by Kanban University, Seattle USA for his contributions to the Kanban Method movement and Body of Knowledge.

Overview
This session covers experiences of an enterprise transformation leveraging KMM concepts led by Priyank. It would be an overview to my experience of;
Strategizing the Transformation:
How we choose
- the so called ‘right’ tools
- a ‘great’ method
- a lean (evolutionary change) based approach
- And an incremental (roadmap, and milestones based) plan
Roll-out of the idea and plan:
- How we started with first wave (a safe set of teams & people, dept. in client language)
- Implementing the basics
- Facilitating the evolution to discover the next meaningful change-state
- & leading a complex enterprise wide Kanban implementation, #YesWeKMM
