In this session, Marco will introduce a critical factor for scaling business agility in your organization – relational productivity. You will meet two real cases. In the first one, (failure) leadership was tribal, collaboration was low, and the obsession with Squads eclipsed the vision of service, customer and purpose. As a consequence agility was scaled at team level only (Level 1 in the KMM Organizational Maturity Model) and remained there. In the second case (success) the leaders exhibited a contribution mindset, purpose-oriented, the vision of services and unified flow emerged and the organization's maturity scaled beyond the team levels (Levels 2 and 3 of the KMM).
