Session
Kanban in Stealth Mode
Overview
As an agile specialist with a long-lasting affection for Kanban, it’s almost impossible to work in SAFe (and Scrum) environments without sneaking in some Kanban practices, as you know, that this will lead to improvements
But even if you know that introducing Kanban practices will improve things, is it acceptable when your client has chosen a different path?
I will discuss some dilemmas I have faced, and how I overcame them. I will share some of the agile biases I often meet. E.g., the very biases that sometimes makes it necessary to work with Kanban in stealth mode.
