Pramod is a Technology Leader with 23+ years of global work experience in creating well designed business applications and high performing platform technologies. Multiple years of experience as an India Centre Head for PeopleSoft Enterprise Software division for Oracle and, then as CTO for Applied AI Platform for Baker Hughes, a GE Company.

Pramod has a collaborative leadership style with ability to build and manage cross functional teams with a deep sense of mission and commitment. He has worked closely with the sales and business development teams in helping with the sales and marketing processes. He bring a hands on approach to working with product design and development teams to deliver high quality products with a sense for design thinking. For PeopleSoft enterprise, he also built a local developer and partner ecosystem in India.

Pramod has received 2 patents for - 'Multilingual tagging of content with conditional display of unilingual tags’ and 'Virtual federation of remote portals’. He is an alumni of IIT Roorkee, IIM Bangalore and The Ohio State University, USA.
