She has been working as a Process Coach for more than 14 years now and am actively engaged in coaching programs on their Agile and DevOps transformation journey. She has presented at LKIN19 along with a co-presenter. She has also presented along with a co-presenter in the upcoming Agility 2020 conference at Gurgaon. Contracting in Kanban Projects

This session will talk about how what kind of contracts should be looked for Kanban projects. Rather than using the traditional contracting methodology, how legal folks also need to start thinking about how contracts need to be written keeping the business outcome in mind. There will also be a hands on for the participants where they will perform an exercise which will help them understand this concept better.
