Sarath has been a technologist and an agilist since 2003. He loves being a change agent building large agile teams, mentoring teams on agile methods, engineering practices, and helping them build large-scale systems.

His career spans over 20+ years. He is the CIO at Airtel Payments Bank. He has been an agile coach for about 5 years helping over 15 large organizations like JDA, McKinzey. Since 2010 he has been with Large Internet companies like Yahoo, Amazon and Google building large scale systems before Airtel Payments Bank.
