Overview

An advanced understanding on the rollout and daily operation of a Kanban system is essential for enthusiastic professionals to lead an evolutionary change in organizations. This 2-day course helps to smoothly improve performance and manage workflow, visualize the roles and responsibilities from a Kanban Management Professionals’ (KMP II) perspective in real-time and make better business decisions.

After attending this course, participant will be able to streamline the company’s internal workflows, manage risks, and implement fast delivery to meet customer’s expectations. This course is also called as KMP foundation-2, which officially completes the requirements towards earning the Kanban Management Professional (KMP II) designation.
