Preeti has an overall of 19+ yrs of experience in the industry and is an active Lean/Kanban/Agile Practitioner. She has been working as a Process Coach for more than 13 years now and is actively engaged in coaching programs on their Agile and DevOps transformation journey. She is an intrinsically motivated individual with a focus and passion to be involved in coaching teams to deliver high quality products. Her motto is "Good, Better, Best. Never let it rest. Till your good is better and better is best".
Kavita Sawant
A Lean/Agile coach and practitioner, Kavita has an overall industry experience of more than 18 years. She has actively played multiple roles of Program Manager, Agile coach/Scrum Master and Quality Manager. In her current role as a process coach, she works with Lean/Kanban and Scrum teams coaching them in their Agile and DevOps transformation journey and helping teams deliver value to the customers.
Kavita is a firm believer of the power of Lean/Agile and it's principles which are core to her heart. Teams that believe in "BEING AGILE" than "DOING AGILE" are essentially teams that harness the true power of Lean and Agile.

Alice in DevOps Land - An exploratory journey
Overview
This session will provide Persistent Systems view on DevOps which includes the fundamentals of Continual Integration, Continual Testing, Continual Deployment and Continual Learning. An important aspect of every Lean journey is the mindset of people which would be detailed out here. A case study covering the DevOps transformation journey of one of the programs in the organization will be covered here. The audience would be walked through the challenges faced and the program’s exploratory journey leveraging Lean Kanban principles. This session would also cover how the lean culture is practiced and promoted at Persistent.
