Overview

The official Accredited Kanban Trainer workshop focus on train the experienced trainers, coaches, and consultants to deliver the basic 1-day or 2-day Accredited Kanban Training classes. This masterclass is an interactive, collaborative course designed to facilitate knowledge sharing, learning and discuss challenges of teaching the Kanban classes.

The participants are required to present their case study that highlights extensive aspects of Kanban in use. Presentation of case study by participants will be spread throughout 5 days and at the same time evaluated by the trainers and co-participants.
