Subramanyam (VSM), is a LKU Accredited Kanban Trainer, Agile Transformation Leader, and a Principal consultant with over 30 years of experience, helps organisations to establish systems, methods and environment to support process development and deployment to realise business benefits. VSM has post graduate degree in Computer Science from IIT Mumbai and is a CSM, CSPO and a Certified Agility Health Facilitator.

Currently as an Agile Transformation Leader, VSM facilitates the culture of adopting Agile Practices and systems to ensure smooth transition of teams from traditional methods to Agile Methodology. Key focus is on building high performing Agile Scrum and Kanban teams by inculcating Agile principles and practices through coaching and facilitating constant course correction to drive operational efficiency.
